Late delivery and meaningless response from Jiang Zicong

I placed an order of the helmet on 22 Nov 2023 and it was expected delivery to my door in 7 to 12 days. The helmet got to my door on 7 Dec 2023 which was around 15 days upon order confirmation.
I wrote an email to ask the delivery status on 5 Dec but no response until I sent an 2nd email on 6 Dec 2023. A gentleman named Jiang Zicong replied and told me the delivery should be late due to my order was placed under black Friday sale. It is totally unacceptable that all terms and conditions were offererd by your side. I don't think it is an excuse for the late delivery. The vital is that this gentleman didn't want to follow and just asked me to wait for the parcel.
On 7 Dec 2023, I checked the parcel track that the parcel was delivered to the post office and this gentleman asked me to check with post office and pick up the parcel by myself. I was shocked that the helmet should be delivered to my door but this gentleman asked me to pick up at post office. The gentleman definitely demonstrated he didn't want to help my case and reluctantly handle the delivery. The last point was he mentioned he would cancel my order if he knew the my address.
